Dermatological Manifestations
● Unexplained rashes: Urticaria, eczematous eruptions
● Pruritus: Generalized itching without visible cause
● Formication: Sensation of bugs crawling on/under skin
● Dermatographism: Exaggerated skin reaction to light
scratching
● Pallor: Secondary to anemia
● Jaundice: With certain liver fluke infections
● Perianal lesions: With pinworm infections
Respiratory Symptoms
● Cough: Often nonproductive, worse at night
● Wheezing or asthma-like symptoms: Due to larval migration
● Shortness of breath: With heavy parasite burden
● Sinus congestion: Chronic, non-responsive to standard
treatment
● Pharyngeal irritation: Persistent sore throat
Genitourinary Symptoms
● Frequent urination: Especially nocturia
● Bedwetting in children: Previously toilet-trained
● Genital itching: Not associated with discharge
● Pelvic pain: Particularly in females
Immunological Manifestations
● Allergic reactions: New-onset or worsening existing allergies
