If you do not experience any new or unusual discomfort on Day 1,
increase the dosage to two capsules with each meal.
Day 3:
If you still do not experience any discomfort, increase the number
of HCL capsules to three with each meal.
Day 4:
If you continue to feel well, you can increase your HCL intake by
one capsule daily with every meal until you experience
discomfort.
If you experience discomfort, reduce the number of HCL capsules
by one capsule per meal. This will be your appropriate dosage.
Bowel transit time refers to the duration it takes for food to move
through your digestive system from the mouth to the anus. This

Generally, the normal range for bowel transit time is 24 to 48 hours
