Her blood test revealed low vitamin B12 and vitamin D, low
copper, elevated liver signs, increased LDL cholesterol, elevated
TSH, and HbA1c at 5.5. Dr. Nahas suspected hypochlorhydria
affecting B12 absorption and suggested supplementing with
digestive enzymes and HCL. She also recommended vitamin D3,
vitamin C, and a multivitamin containing an iron zinc and copper
