Initial Assessment
Conventional testing had revealed [184]:
● Normal basic blood work including CBC and comprehensive
metabolic panel
● Normal MRI with contrast, though with minimal non-specific
white matter changes
● Normal thyroid function on medication
● Negative workup for other common causes of cognitive
decline
Functional Testing Results
The patient underwent a comprehensive functional assessment

● Array 7X revealed elevated IgM antibodies to myelin basic
protein and GFAP
● Array 2 showed moderate intestinal permeability
● Array 20 indicated early blood-brain barrier compromise
● Array 10 identified multiple food sensitivities, particularly to
gluten and dairy
● Organic acids testing revealed elevated markers of oxidative
stress and mitochondrial dysfunction
● Mycotoxin testing identified moderate elevations in several
mold toxins
